To fund liquidity provisions, marketing initiatives, internal product development, and other essential activities that support the growth and scalability of the platform.

### **Team**

Allocation aimed at incentivizing and retaining the team, with a structured vesting schedule to align team interests with the long-term success of the platform.

### **Sale**&#x20;

These tokens are set aside for public and private sales to raise capital for ongoing development and operational expenses.&#x20;

**Although we are initiating our Token Generation Event (TGE) first, Lucia will continue to conduct both private and public sales subsequently to ensure ongoing engagement and funding**

### **Eco-Reward**

Dedicated to rewarding users who engage in eco-friendly activities, such as offsetting carbon credits, and promoting sustainability within the ecosystem.

A reserve fund to address future unforeseen needs or opportunities, providing flexibility and security for the ecosystem.
